Within 5 working days, your registration will be confirmed by email. If you have not received a confirmation email after 5 working days, please call our Planning and Placement department. We will send you a confirmation as soon as possible.

If you would like to change the weekdays on your registration form, or add more days, or a different location, please contact our Planning department via email:

Yes. Every year, you will receive the annual statement in the first month (January) of the next year.

Please discuss your order with the branch manager. She will check the availability of the product of your choice. In case the product is out of stock, it will be re-ordered and delivered within two weeks.
