I did not receive any confirmation of my placement on the waiting list.
Within 5 working days, your registration will be confirmed by email. If you have not received a confirmation email after 5 working days, please call our Planning and Placement department. We will send you a confirmation as soon as possible.
My child is on the waiting list, but I would like to change the registration information.

Do I receive an annual statement?
Yes. Every year, you will receive the annual statement in the first month (January) of the next year.
How can I place an order for Koeka products?
Please discuss your order with the branch manager. She will check the availability of the product of your choice. In case the product is out of stock, it will be re-ordered and delivered within two weeks.
